In Prosperity and Welfare, the journey began with an ice cream factory. And that was the first passion that launched our series of projects, which we aspire to expand in the coming years. The family's environment, interested in trading in various fields, pushed me to turn my passion into a business, and at that time I decided to go to Italy to learn how to make gelato. From there, I collected the necessary equipment and tools and brought them back to start my dream, which was the first core. I had worked on many recipes that led me to create a new product called "Con" which is a mini ice cream biscuit, so I decided to focus on developing it more after it was well received by customers, and at that point we decided to expand and open (Zed's Anthology) to include many products. Dar Zaid, which specializes in serving authentic dishes, opened its doors at the end of 2016, transforming our family home into a warm and intimate experience that we always welcome our guests with. We are looking forward to more commercial activities and innovative and pioneering projects, as we seek as a young and emerging operating company to offer a wide number of the most prosperous and luxurious options. Since our ambition is limitless, we, as a company, seek to expand and diversify the framework of our projects and commercial activities.
